SYDNEY and NORTH RYDE, February 22, 2010 – Avaya and 3D Networks today announced an ongoing collaboration to offer customised and integrated business communications solutions to key markets around Australia and New Zealand.

The agreement will see Avaya strengthen its capabilities for all integration projects, from analysis through to deployment and support of the network infrastructure in the region. In particular, Avaya will adopt 3D Networks skill set in voice and data convergence into their growing portfolio.  Avaya will also gain a deeper channel partnership highly skilled in both voice and data technologies.

3D Networks will adopt the Avaya product suite and its associated converged Nortel suite into its’ existing customer base.  Leveraging its’ skill set in voice and data convergence, 3D Networks’ role here is to provide clarity as to where Avaya and Nortel technologies ideally will sit within the customer’s network.
